Dont buy MI products, the service is poor at India,, Dont trust their advertisement that they can able support. but they dont have no facilities at india.. i experienced it with MI3

i bought mi3 in august 2014...........it is the exelent phone i ever seen..........but now a problem seen..... when i want to zoom a photo by double click then result is no zoom and a border around the screen seen..........and dont work any type.please suggest to solve that problem...

That's just for the part, then you would need to find someone capable of doing the swap and here that will cost you anywhere from 150 to 200rmb for the labor. So total you're looking at around 500rmb/5000inr which isn't very far from the service center price. Not to mention the service center won't void your warranty.

There is no doubt mi3 is the best phone in this price category. I bought my Mi3 on August. Just 2 months only, one bad day my phone display cracked.
I contacted customer care in bangalore. They said display costs 6080.00 rs.
I was shocked to hear it.
I wasn't interested to pay such amount for a spare. So i bought Huawei honor holly for 7000.00.
Its not comparable to Mi.. But I've to adjust 😀

I just bought xiaomi mi3. It shuts down itself...and now it cannot be even turned on. On turning on all it shows is mi logo thats it. Its not been even a month since i bought it. I know chinese phones are not to be trusted.

I have bought Mi 3 some 6 months back through flipkart, since then I had great experience with this phone, except for one problem. I can't see my whatsapp contacts and cannot myself start a whatsapp chat. Is there any solution to this?

unable to cut the call after dailing a wrong person, mobile screen goes off we will have to switch off and restart the mobile, this is very irritating function in this. rest seems ok
