There is still a disparity between a "Chinese phone" designed and engineered by a domestic company and a "Made in China" phone designed and engineered by a foreign company. Xiaomi is still in the "Chinese phone" category.
And I've been in China for almost 10 years.

Gud day.just want to ask if this phone is compatible with torrent in downloading some movies?how can I enable it?because it always says "download failed" even in the beginning of process.please help me.and please do suggest some movie downloaders that are compatible too.thanks.more power xiaomi!

Look at the UI and also the way they have customized it on android os, I am using it and would have to accept it has the best features and a solid UI compared to samsung,LG and i phone.Top class branded parts inside the phone, why complain about a good product?

YES, you talk like a shit!.. if you want to compare quality of cam, you must explain about DR, ISO, Aperture, Lens, Sensor, Size of Sensor, color handling and much more.

guys so far camera is so good.....xiaomi 5mp=nokia 2mp.......i mean not pic.size,its about quality....chinese phone=use and throw phone type....wasted my money and yours too,,,,,

Phone is sleek, which is great yet can easily fall. Must hold it with grip. Performance is above average. Scored an average of 42K in Antutu v5.5. Phone was dropped hard on the concrete floor by 4ft earlier today by accident but I only got a minor dent on the upper left corner. No scratches on the screen whatsoever since I purchased my phone last September thanks to Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

Screen is way too fragile. Just a small impact is breaking it adn it taked Rs.6082 to fix it.!! I have seen many guys in service centre. It's time Xiaomi look into screen quality and robustness.

fully worst phone like china phone....single sim...it takes 3-4 hours to be full charge....no service centre.....camera quality also bad.

Chipset 8274-AB in the MI3 is Snapdragon 801. Please check wikipedia. Good luck!

I got this phone since august 28, 2014, dropped it many times for.at least 6ft and still working smoothly, the screen is intact thanks to CG3, sadly there are dents on the four corners :) but it really is a good phone. If your budget ranges 10th to 12th Philippine pesos, then mi 3 is the best phone for you :) now if u are that rich kind of a person, go for something expensive. Your choice :)
