It is always "obtainin... moreSeem like your WiFi setting is corrupted by some cache memory, I have the same problem previously with my Samsung & Mi3, try install an apps call "FXR WiFi Fix & Rescue" from Google Play Store, run it, this will help you clear the cache from previous WiFi connection, hope it help, all the best.

Other play store file manager app doesn't even open external usb, so that's out of question.
Now I've other issue, app lock app, the one which we use for privacy, doesn't work with my phone, not even other same category apps, even the service person at this ruled out any help from their side. Now what I'm supposed to do?

Ever BAD experience.....
MY Phone Heated and Broke The gorilla glass 3...
Touch not Working....
Service Centre charged me Rs. 7500/-
My phone coasted me in 2 months Rs. 21500/-
No any replacement.....
Why we go for China Phone
Brand is good I think They give us replacement....

I'm a new user, someone gave me this phone and told me its nice. And I believe it is.
Its just i'm new, and got little problem.
Hoping someone might help me from here.
Camera is not working or not detected in new installed application (like cam in fb,skype, and camera 360).
It's only working camera which is already in mobile.

A perfect phone which has all features, & the performance is great most importantly the price is too good.
Very sleek design, Excellent Battery life, Camera is very good. Over all a perfect smart phone.

Then there would have been many cases on the company isnt it? nd even i would have filed a case if all u said was true because m also an owner of mi3 nd redmi 1s.

any company in this much low pice do not provide this much feature then how this company do that it means that there is some quality compromise in this phone parts. Else all the parts are of gionee company in every phone of world except apple and htc. Then it is not possible to give various features in this much price rate. Kindly do not get trapped in the low prices of mobile wait for atleast 2-3 years then only you will get to know about the company
