I bought my phone last 6 months before. I am facing issues in 4G network (Vodafone).
Contacted with customer care and they showed bad support & also the language they were using was extremely bad. The product which are selling are bad. I suggest others to purchase other brand rather than this MI product.

Mi phone is good in Battery back up, one thing I have problem is call and sending sms. I think it's not user friendly. I us there any short cutvfor the calling from contact list or sending sms

Mi3 is indeed the best phone i ever own, it has been 3.5 years & the phone still in perfect condition, my battery show no sign of deterioration, Where else my 2 years old Samsung A5 already has battery deterioration issue & i need to charge it frequently.

never ever buy mi phone . you can throw equal amount on road either you can donate same amount to poor people but plz never buy this phone . customer service and support both are bad and rude .

I Buyer 1year back Redmi 3s prime
Phone is overheating up to 47 degree cellsiu
And hanged
I am irritated in go to miservice centers
I visited mostly 6times in year They r not responding
Behaved like a uneducated and that r not provide
Service correctly like that serviced semi skilled technican
Not responding in hotline also.....
So I suggest u don't buy mi products like phones especially.....

Dear All,
I have a mi redmi note 4, just bought 3 months back.
I am a mechanical engineer working for a reputated firm in pune, Maharashtra.
The incident is of today morning when my phone accidentally slipped out of my hands and fell from 2nd floor of my office building on solid concrete ground.
Like every other owner I was worried about my phone and had made up my mind saying that it would be piece of trash from now onwards, But as I was amazed to see that the phone was totally damage free not even a single scratch on my Mi note 4.It was the first phone I had bought from my first salary.
Thus this shows the excellent build up quality of Mi phone and I would urge those customers who are in delima to buy the phone or not to go n buy the phone, as it is completely awesome, safe and not very expensive to
