Paul, 04 Nov 2014go to: settings > storage > internal storagewhen i go to setting only phone storge appears there is no internal storage & i already reset my phone to factory reset still its 16gb memory does not seems to be avialable..is ther anything else i can do about it?

16gb is the internal memory and the 2gb you are talking was the external memory(memory card)

my mi3 is 16gb but when i put it im my computer hub to transfer my files i only got a 2gb space does anyone know how to find this SD card? sometimes it pops & then it tells my SD card memory damage & wen i reformat then the phone memory pops up also damage..can anyone help me? i already reset it to facotory setting..pls anyone ther who can help me?

When i transfer my all camera photos & mp4 videos to created another folder I can not see my videos, the msg has been display is "Can't download this video because it hasn't been synced with your cloud",
How can see my video, any one can help me?
