i recently bought my MI3 with billion day sale, but after using it for sometime i noticed that the Sim tray pin does damage to opening hole of simtray while you try to open of it, now the hole quite big making it difficult to open, is it just to me or anyone else too faced same problem. obviously I'm not not going to play with it but very curious about it.

I had bought Mi3 with great expectation in July 2014. The mobile was working properly until one fine day while following normal daily routine it fell from hand, landed in a vertical fashion at its bottom and instantly developed cracks on the lower half portion of mi3. Though upper half is reacting, the lower half is not working.I called up Delhi Mi exclusive service center. They told me that it is now chargeable (for screen change around Rs.6500) and shall not be covered under warranty. I am highly disappointed with the body quality of Mi3 which as per their claim has solid body design. I had other mobiles like moto facing similar situation but they were really good. Mi3 could not the handle the normal impact shows it claim of solid body is false.

There is a strange sound evrytime im unlocking even during calls.. Sounds like ascending 2x.. I dont think its a unlocksound because i did not set up this? What is this sound?

Huawei has a bad history on its battery and charging. 3 mos ago, I bought Huawei honor 3c.. Ive used it for 3 days before the charger exploded.. when I brought it to the
service center and showed it to the technician, he said; "let me guess, your battery got damaged from the bursting of the charger" I was quite shock because I did not told him yet the issue of my honor 3c, and he just look at my fone without inspecting it. He even said that It is a common problem faced by huawei company. He even blamed the National Telecommunications which is incharge of checking the cellphone's durability and safeness.
Zenfone 5 is pretty much cheap compared to its rivals. It packs awesome specs including generous ram and rom. yeah for a price segment of P6995.00 or $175.00.. It is worth every peso/penny.. however, they used intel chipset which is a huge drawback. Intel chipsets are powerful. true. but does it tend to heat up quickly. But if you're alight user, this fone is defenitely for you.
Mi 3 is an excellent phone however it still have some flaws.. the voice clarity during calls is poor on the mi3 compared to honor 3c. Does it heat up quickly? yeah when you play highend games for so long. for about 10mins of continious usage.. but its not that hot compared to zenfone. I would say.. if you go gor a better camera, better screen, better battery, go for mi3.. but if you have budget constraints.. go for zenfone. I tell you. mi3 might be expensive but its worth the money
Remove the honor 3c from ur list. I strongly dont recommend this phone.

xiaomi mi3 features more than that then big companies like sony,htc etc however it did not be able to deliver it .
i recommend to buy htc desire 616,sony xperia zr,samsung galaxy grand 2 or event moto g (2nd gen)

Hi expert there..im having problem with my mi3 where i got 3.89G other file in my phone where i cant even know the file it is..it's took up my space and i would like to delete that file..u guys can give some opinion plz??i have less apps and i dont have any idea what the file occupy in my other file..

Google maps not working.
You will not be able to search an item in the mail box even if the item is very much available in the mail box.
This is not a business class phone. Not reliable.

My initial impression after getting the phone - Pretty impressive. Solid, sturdy body and great performance. Great display and BRILLIANT battery life. All in all, I was really happy.
Three weeks down the lane, a friend drops a small, EXTREMELY light aluminium key on the screen... A SMALL crack appears on the screen and the touchscreen COMPLETELY STOPS working. Very very disappointing. I have seen phones with big cracks across the screen still functioning perfectly well.
My suggestion - Do not expect reliability from this phone. It may look and feel sturdy,, but it isn't.

Becareful if ur buying this....i did'nt like it and also it seems it keeps sending some kind of information everytime i turn on wifi and data connection...after analysis the IP address....well it was sending the data to hong kong then to malasia and then finally to some place called Xiangyang(dunno where this is...be very careful
