we wish and hope that XiaoMi Mi4 latest version should bring us high end mobile leading in future to change our way of living life style today but it seen this model technical spec are very disappointed for sure it should use the latest chipset for year come to use and why the put on old chipset snapdragon 801 ??
isn't downgrade how could i buy this china made phone with outdated chipset and i rather wait samsung note4 or iphone6 rather then this junk

This is definite value for money and it makes tier 1 brands look ridiculous with their pricing structure.

Best specs at the price ... But I'm looking for watch a great review about camera quality..and others.. But specs are greater than Iphone... But I can't keep trust still about future of product ...

Do not copy nonsense design such as iphone and create your own design then it will be the best phone.

J, 22 Jul 2014not really worth compare to Mi3 since upgrade not too high.... moreYeah,, you probably half right. If you own Mi3, technically speaking Mi4 isn't worth the upgrade BUT, if you looking at the design its a whole different matter...
Mi4 is much more brilliant looker than its predecessor. Xiaomi managed to cut 0.5 cm of height and width, yet keeping the screen estate at 5". And the shape is rounded now, coupled with IP67 certificate.... I don't know about you, but man I'm impressed this time around.
Hope the price tag will go down as normal in my country, seriously consider buying it.. Worth every penny of your hard earned money ;)

Not sure why everyone keeps harping on about a men card slot.. Have you people never heard of the cloud?
64gb is plenty on a device.. Never understood what on earth you need to fill up a phone with.
In any event, this will be my next phone. Don't really care if there are better GPUs out since I don't game much.. And for this price point as well as the nice design, this one is a winner. Will be a great replacement for my lg optimus g

Love the bezel and battery size.
Just two things missing, Memory expansion slot and dedicated camera key. I hope someone whose input matters sees this suggestion.

xiaomi always pack the best internals in their phones always but isn't the case this time around.. should have had the snapdragon 805 soc instead of 801. 805 has adreno 420 which is the best mobile gpu offering from qualcomm atm and would be for quite foreseeable future.. still satisfied by it because of its low price and 801 is only bettered by 805 and nvidia k1!

GSM Arena make some error again as the phone aint ip67 certified. The mi smartband is the one which is ip67 certified
Specs wise its ok for current standard, but Q3 already approaching and only 3G version only at 1st launch Totally disappointed with it.
The only attractive part is the f1.8 camera.
