Never buy MI products. Very poor service assistance. My Mi 4 screen was defectived. Spare not available in at service centers.

The worst phone I ever Bought! Not at all reliable, A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!
The screen broke 3 times in 4 mnths.
I have used Nokia LUMIA, samsung S4 for 2-3 yrs each and they never ever broke. they r still in wrking condition, Not even a minor scratch on the screens.. but this piece of shit cant even stand minor impact, not even with additional protection of gorilla screen. Now I am fedup with changing the screens.
Dont waste ur precious money on this crap, or u will end up spending much more for repairing it!

XIAOMI Mi4 is a good phone with budget price around $160, but I love Oukitel K6000 pro smartphone best for the 6000mAh battery, Android 6.0 OS, 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM. Search "best smartphone around $160" on youtube you will find the comparison video.

I have this phn with me for 8 months. I drop it once, not even a scratch. Yes, there r other problem u should say like it heats too much while gaming. U can't use the power under the hood for heating unless u change the rom with Cyanogenmod. Miui is really bad on performance. Otherwise it's a fine phone. But for present time one should not consider this phone. It's outdated and bad on performance. Go for some new Chips.
