I have a problem with my mi4, when I take pictures I can't open them, it kicks me back to home screen. And how can I upgrade my os from KitKat to marshmallow? Pls someone help?? I am in Europe

I bought mi4i 4g 32gb last month and bought another mi4 3g 16gb yesterday..but mi4 have a display setting problem.Its fail to open when I use XL font size.
