i use this phone in Indonesia, after using it for 6 months i never get this phone hang.
this phone is best, i also play around 25 or more games in it, no lag, no crash and every games run smooth.
yes, it's heat but not much. even though i use armor case, the phone is wrapped with rubber and a little aluminium but when it heat, the phone still running well.

This is worst ever cell phone i ever seen .. i lost my 10k INR to buy this and its not at all working in other countries .. if you cell your phone world wide then why dont you work on its compability .. i suggest people not to purchase this one

Please do not purchase this mobile because it is not repairable i have given my mobile in customer care since last two months but no any customer wants to care and repair my mobile till today oct.27 2015 I think i was wrong when i purchase this mobile.

that was a worst phone. today my mother's mobile heat up and suddenly smoke coming out we remove the cover and its start burning. that was just 40 days old phone. now who will responsible for that. that can be big accident any one can hurt. please don't buy mi 4
