PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING PURCHASE
My Redme 1s is lying in Xiaomi Service Center, Noida for the last 1 month. As per Service Center, they need motherboard which is pending from company. As per Service Center (which caters to all major India brand), Xiaomi customer has a pending backlog of around 1.5 months, verse in all brands.
I have been chasing the Xiaomi Customer Care for the last one month, no needful (Complain No 2365, Work order No OIA/XM/14/00426). Mine is just Rs 6k phone, would you like to buy Xiaomi phone whith such service having worth Rs 20k.

Shivendra, 06 Feb 2015can any one suggests that i purchase Mi 4 or not Definitely purchase but remember if u face some problem at later then u have to pay another mi4 phone's price for repair it as its parts are not available in India it need to bring from chaina plus repair cost extra. So choice is yours
