First of all I want to say about the Mi4i Is the one of the Best Mobile for Users who interesting in Selfie and Photography, also Very nice Touch screen (Instantly work like eyes blink). This is the very nice mobile. Very Good Photography & Video Graphy Quality is very nice.
I am using since 2015. Still nothing problem in this phone and running good. Yes in this phone heating problem but not too much time. Instantly charge from original charger.
Totally better.

I bought mi note 3 in july..the sim was not detected . service centre people suggested to change the mother board of NEW phone.this is the first bad thing to change of new phone. .n even after 45 days they r still saying more 10-15 days.from last 25 days the answer is same.even if phone in a warranty this should not happen at least. Please plz be cooperative. tell the exact time n please delivered the device on the time you said.no one is responding. i am totally unhappy n disappointed.and worst thing we need to visit every week to ask for phone.n they will answr like this.landlie no of service center is never answered...they never gonna pick call.if u plan to buy the phone b ready to face such consequences.

Installed mortal combat X on my mi4i but when the game starts it is running but everything is white. All the players are whitish. Graphics are not showing up correctly.. Please tell me what to do

Obviously it is better than Redmi 3s or prime.
There are only factors where Redmi 3s prime is winner.
1. Battery(Redmi 3s prime has more than mi4i)
2. Fingerprint Sensor (MI 4i doesn't have this)
3. VOLTE ( Mi4i doesn't support VOLTE, whereas Redmi 3s supports)

Doesn't support VOLTE
you can't call on jio 4g network cause it does not support voice calling over 4G network even not incoming calls.
After updating it also doesn't support volte

I am using Jio with my Xiaomi Mi 4i and getting very good speed. No issue at all.

Guys, I heard that MI had sold 7 lakhs handsets in the last 4 days. Good to hear that few more victims are getting added here.
Never in my life I imagined that the mobile service center will be crowded with people.
I had bought Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 almost 6 months back. more than a month back it fell down (just 2 feet) and the speaker stopped working. Later when I went to MI service center in Velachery on Monday evening at 4 PM, it was completely jam packed that I was not even able to enter into the store (too many victims :) ) after 2-3 hours of waiting i was able to reach the executive sitting at the front desk, I told him the problem and afetr waiting for certain hours he came back saying that water went inside and that is the reason speaker is not working, when I tried telling him that there is no water when it fell down but he was not interested to listen. Later only I realized that if the mobile is not working because the water goes inside then it will not be covered until warranty, they are using that point as a reason and wanted to suck the money from the customers who go even for minor issue.
It is a month now that they are not able to rectify even the small problem. When i called them first in between they said that due to the strikes happening in Bangalore and Chennai border their truck has been stopped in Bangalore itself and once everything is normal their truck will reach Chennai with all the parts and recently they are coming up with new stories like the CM is not well so they are not getting the parts on time.
The only thing i don't understand here is the MI manufacturing plant is in Chittor (Andhra Pradesh) and not in Bangalore. I don't know why they wanted to just bluff the people.
So guys make sure if you bought or planning to buy Xiaomi products be ready to face these consequences.
