New update is available :- MIUI - 6.5.6.0
I just updated 2mnts back - need to wait for review. B4 that small heating issue is there.
Occasions: 1. Playing for more than 30 mnts. 2. Continous Using of Mobile internet. 3. Continuous camera work.
All other minor disadvantages are ignorable. Overall good phone (if small heating sorted out, then very very good phone)
Watching videos using OTG pendrive (32GB) is amazing, no lags at all. So i prefer OTG instead of SD card. Some times SD card lags and will become corrupted.
So thumpsup for OTG.
Go for 32 GB OTG pendrive/flash drive. U can use it @ TV, Laptop, Car, Tab...etc.
Thanks Mi for giving regular updates. (U cant get it in other few brands)

How many of you say that the heating issue is solved by the update ?
Is this is the only issue with the phone apart from memory and speaker volume ??

hy, 04 Jun 2015light bleeding issue
Yes I also found in my Mi4i, there is light bleeding problem from the bottom side of display. Bleeding of light is so small that u can't find in day light. But as u use in dark or night u will find that light is coming out from a very very line at the bottom of display.
Can anyone reconfirm if it is a common problem of each set.

Dear Reader need suggestion.
My device is not connecting to 3g though i m using a 3g connection. It shows a download speed upto 0.28 k/s. Using Reliance & BSNL 3 G connection & prefered network LTE,i even changed it to 3G.Tried everyting in boh the sim,still not able to resolve. Please guide me in this matter.

Over heating issue. if you play 3 minutes of gaming... Mi 4i is getting over heated like anything.... i have placed a return request for the phone and flipkart team has rejected it. flipkart has been changed the return policy. so guys please don't buy the MI 4I.

It would be great if anyone can tell me whether Google Services like Google Play, Google Maps, Gmail etc are working in Chinese version? As of my knowledge, these features are not working in All android phones made in china after 2010...I am using Samsung Galaxy S II I9100G (bought it in china) and none of the above services is working....
will appreciate comments from Chinese users specially...
