Dual sim is my requirement.
The above models were my choice.
i) HTC desire 820 - Features are good but its very huge i cant carry/keep it in my pocket.
ii) Sony xperia M4 Aqua - Was waiting for this around two months. specs are good but these people keep delaying things and it will come up with more than 20k i believe.
iii) Samsung - Tired of seeing this brand itself.
iv) Xiaomi MI 4i - All my requirements are available in this phone. so finally landed with this. Hope this would give good sense of usage.

I feel worthy buying this phone bcoz i use moto e now which has got 4 gb internal memory with 1 gb ram and sd card slot is available where i have only 4 gb. My requirement is dual sim with few apps with good speed and battery. I feel this has got all my requirement and price is also not very high. Its reasonable and i dont think memory card slot is essential for my usage. I have already registered for it with flipkart and i gonna buy this one today.
Used many phones, From the beginning i never unsatisfied with the mobiles i purchased. Hope this one also will be the same.

As per the specifications for Xiaomi Mi 4i in India Website:::

This phone does NOT support 3G Band for 900MHz and 4G Band-20 for 800MHz. These bands were recently acquired by Indian Telecom companies in March-2015 spectrum auction.
Recently Idea telecom operator started 3G in Delhi or Mumbai using 900Mhz band and other operators are planning the same.

Approximately 12 gb of space is available for the users
And you also get free 10 gb storage on mi cloud
Apart from this mi4i supports usb Otg

Many Europe networks use 900 mhz 3G,especialy outside big cities,so it is better to order MI4.

Xiaomi explains why Mi 4i lacks memory card
slot and its argument is convincing.
Yesterday we talked about one missing feature in
the Xiaomi Mi 4i. It lacks a slot for microSD card
and hence you can't add more storage to it.
While it will not be an issue for most people,
some users have already voiced their concerns
at the lack of microSD card slot in the Mi 4i.
However, Xiaomi has now explained that a
microSD card slot is not part of the Mi 4i
because there are some good reasons to do
away with it. Hugo Barra, vice president for
international at Xiaomi, says there are several
reasons why the Mi 4i lacks a microSD card. We
have seen companies defend product decisions
even when they don't make sense. But in this
case it is different. Xiaomi's argument is solid
and the reasons why its latest phone lacks
microSD card slot do seem genuine.
So what are these reasons? Here is what Xiaomi
told us:
-- MicroSD card requires a large motherboard (25
per cent larger in the case of the Mi 4i because
its motherboard is already very slim) and a
significant redesign of the device that leads to
considerably larger form factor.
-- If Xiaomi had put a microSD card slot in the Mi
4i, it couldn't have put a bigger (over 3000mAh
battery) in it without increasing the thickness of
the phone.
-- Xiaomi says that SD cards can significantly
slow down system performance and lead to apps
crashing. In fact, according to company's
surveys it has found that SD cards are a
significant cause of device failures (up to 30 per
cent of customer support complaints) due to the
poor quality of SD cards in the market, many of
which are actually fake.
These are valid reasons. Also, these are the
same reasons why most of the high-end phones
nowadays don't come with a microSD card slot.
But what about consumers that require more
space. To start with, Xiaomi believes that 16GB
in the Mi 4i is going to be enough for consumers
even if they want to carry full-length movies in
the phone. But in case, users need more space,
according to Xiaomi, they can use Mi Cloud
feature that allows users to automatically save
full-resolution photos in the cloud.
And finally...
Xiaomi says that it will sell the Mi 4i with more
internal memory (most likely 32GB and possibly
64GB) in the coming months in India for users

Its my dream budget phone specs but with only 16GB memory we can't live in 2015.
12.77GB user avaiable is very low.
,if it upgrades to 32GB I would definitely buy the phone.

Why is everyone so worried that there is no SD card slot in these days everyone has access to cloud storage for free. Also, lets not forget the Mi4i supports usb-on-the-go so you can transfer data seamlessly anytime you want.
I would agree that its more convenient having a SD card slot but that's fine, I don't think its a big problem. 12GB of user available space is plenty for apps + few movies & music.
