This is actually a good phone in the range of price,im already used this phone for 1 year and there is no big issue that I found.Camera good,battery drain normal,charging not so fast but it's still normal.That I love with this phone there so many custom ROM and support tweak as much than any other phone.

AnonD-559225, 12 Jul 2016Sometimes keys not working when update Ya same problem for me, navigation buttons are not working after the update. It is very frustrating , Xiaomi should rectofy such prob in there software updates before sending OTA updates .I am very unhappy to use this phone now, if any have any idea to solve this prob kindly post it.

This is one of good phones under 15000. I loved this phone. It has a great attractive look bcoz of its slim figure.It camera & picture quality is not only good it's awesome. No phone under 15000 can compete this in camera quality launched till today(17/07/2016).It has some demerits too. First of all it's body to is too weak that only a shatter can destroy this phone completely.Second it's hardware creats many problem.I have given my phone 3 times in service in first 6 months.No any problem regarding hanging or lagging. So it is good for those who doesn't buy the phone to play football with them.

xiaomi is here only to sell their products absolutely poor after sales service even for insured products, their insurance counter part refused to take the claim....have been running fr9m pillar to post to get the problem rectified but inspite of the phone being in warranty and insured ...no one to listen...
will advise people to go by good brands..

Xiaomi redme1s,Mi note etc all are low grade handsets.i became fool and bought 3-4 mi phones but at later stages it started creating problem such as hang,shut down,functions stopped performing,heating,early battery discharge.i suggest never ever to buy any xiaomi phones.

i was so frustrated and stressed with the purchase of xiaomi mi4i from xiaomi site...they sent me empty box...and i asked for replacement they said pls wait for sometime to get the issue solved...now its been 1 month..no word from xiaomi regarding replacement..they still want me to wait for some more time...i was so depressed with their response..i dont know how the xiaomi phones will perform but the customer care response is too bad.. . PLS FRIENDS..!!!! DONT EVER BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM XIAOMI...IF U WANT TO BUY...PLEASE GO FOR AMAZON OR FLIPKART...THEY ARE FAR BETTER THAN XIAOMI....i dont want any customer to be affected like me....this is my sincere request...

Dont buy Mi 4i
Battery heating issue its not sefty for human life nn u will not get any custemer support even though in warrnty period.
To avoid mentality harrshamnet dnt buy any mobile of Mi

In my MI4I mobile, ad timp stamp option not working since I upgrade os to MIUI 7.5. It was working in previous OS MIUI 7.3. This is a bug, the patch should immediately be issued by the company.
