im very dissapointed with xiaomi. My mi4i was in my pocket with no coins inside, my phone had tempered glass too, but when I tool i my phone, i found its broken and worst part 90% of touch are not working. For Indians I will suggest never buy mi4i phones. They have so less service centres, nearest one is 200kms away from my city. And even in warannty they are charging a lot to repair my phone and worst part is that they are keeping phones for 15+ days in there service centeres. Finally i realised a chinese product wil always be chinese #shame

Worst than anyother company i have seen in india, i had faults with mobile. I gave it for service got it back with problem unsolved mobile is with me only for3months of 8months purchase it had several problem two to three times gave it to service centre again now problem arrised they are asking for 10000 rupees for fixing the problem. Poor customer care. From this i have decided not to buy xiaomi company. Totally frustrated towards it.

2- video recording is not as good as its image capturing is.

1) How is the network signal reception quality
2) Call quality.
3) Volume during call and ringtone volume.

I m vry vry much disappointed aftr buying xiaomi mi 4i..Its aftr sale service is not at all good..Due to broken display I gave my phn to bbsr service center for repair..bt its almost 4 months and they are still saying dat we need sum tym..I mean its unbelivable ..Iwould recommend not to purchase dis phn..n m very much disappointed frm ur service..better do something :(

excessive heating during vedio recording & can't hold more than 10 minutes. flash timing is not perfect.
