Very Bad product.even worst is their customer service.totally not to buy phone..instead go for some trusted brands.
i hav bought this phone.In only 2 months,this phone stopped working.i went to their service centre.they charged me 300rs for inspection,saying its charging jack has got burnt by charging may be,now u can not claim warranty on ur phone.every thing will be chargeable.aftr inspection they estimated the total repair cost to be 8500rs,saying motherboard is also damaged.
when i called the customer support,they said-sir we can understand that u will not want to spend 8500 on a 13000 phone,we recommend u to get it repaired from some local shop,if they can repair it.
they r just fooling ppl with specifications..no body shud buy this phone..go for trusted brands.

I don't understand why people are crying about the heating problem!!! Yes mi4i had a heating issue but it has been already solved...please,update your mi4i to latest firmware i.e. miui 6.6.10...or u can also flash the miui7.u can not update to miui7 by OTA update..u have to flasf developer beta rom..

I purchased the phone through flip-kart on 27th july and today is 31st August the phone speaker had been damaged and it has gone to service centre. from my point of view sped a few thousand more and go for a reliable one i was using samsung which had never gone to service centre i am using it from past 3 years. mi4i is a bad product
