You need to install third party apps like Google Hangouts/Skype to make use of the feature.

Dave, 28 Aug 2015I mean the regular video call not from appsPersonally using the applications give you a better quality. See MX player as a example. It plays better than the inbuilt video player. Just use Skype and Imo.Enjoy the chat.
