Xiaomi Mi 5 will only use 1080p display. No QHD. This has been confirmed by Senior VP, Liwan Jiang. Good move indeed.

Now, we’re not sure what Xiaomi’s Senior VP meant by ‘Black Screen Technology’, but we’re assuming he’s pointing towards an OLED panel, or something of the sort.                     The first camera should be their for MI 5 . we face lot of problem at night the front camera clarity was not good.

Nor about Xiaomi not wanting to compromise performance. In fact, in the Redmi 2 and Redmi 3 line of devices some contain SD card slots.

                      Android prior to the "M" version lacked integrated support for external storage and thus the OEMs had to "add" SD card support back into their versions of Android. Android M will return that support and the OS will treat external drives/cards as internal storage.

                      The reasons given for the absence of an SD card, in the MI 4, and in Xiaomi's flagships were, their design/engineering team didn't want to sacrifice battery capacity, ergonomics, appearance and space for a 2nd SIM (MI 4).

                        We are talking about bringing a different release of the same OS the phone already runs, a marginal investment that would improve sales.

                        Sure, I can buy the other brands that are supported (which I do).
                        The point is, I thought Xiaomi was in the business of selling phones, therefore they should be interested in understanding what would sell more units. -- Cyanogenmod would and it would cost them very little to do so.

Xomia doesn't give expandable memory option (sd-card slot) because they don't compromise with their device perfomance... Having an sd card in a phone makes the phone slow.... It's good if do some research on the topic what u going to post...
