AnonD-264112, 18 Dec 2015really if this is gonna happen then I would buy. The crap M... moreI have a redmi note 4g and updated to MIUI 7. It is good and even after having loaded it, I still have 1.2 gb ram free for use out of 2 gb ram.
Compare it with asus zenfone 2 4gb ram phones, it gives only 1.8 gb ram free for use.
Xiaomi is far better, and expect the same with mi5 too.

Hopeful, 17 Dec 2015Will the Mi5 be capable of being flashed with WIndows 10really if this is gonna happen then I would buy. The crap MIUI ate up all the RAM 4GB not enough for any of the mi phones.

As much as I would love this phone I have probably found a dealbreaker - if this is not going to support LTE 800 Mhz frequency then I probably won´t be able to use 4G in my country at all and this is not acceptable. XIAOMI, if you´re reading this - support all frequencies, please. Thank you.

Please NOTE the following possibilities:
20.1 MP camera to be competitive to latest HTC, Sony and Samsung devices!
4K display resolution (probably will make the phone too expensive but can be featured).
3200-4000 MAh battery (look at Redmi Note 3).
5.1" screen (not 5.3").
