Xiaomi Mi 5 should have:
- External SD Card (Mi4i is a useless phone for me)
- Water & Dust Proof (You can put your phone into the refrigerator, just in 5 minutes your phone back cool, this is based on my experience using Sony Xperia)
- 4GB Ram
- Wireless & Quick Charging

I hate how mostly all the cell phones coming from Chinese brands are identical looking to the iPhone - it's the top part of the phone which looks like a generic iPhone 4/5. There are only a handful of real Chinese design innovators - One Plus, ZTE (e.g. Axon Lux) and Motorola (Moto X) are three of them.
Design goes a long way.
