but for me, used redmi note 3 pro 3gb ram to the point it finally lags where running certain heavy apps, where it shouldn't because SND650.
i have bad experience with SND801, overheating on my previous oppo find 7a, which i didn't get on redmi note 3,so that's a minus
as for camera, mi 5s plus is comparable to mi max, its rear dualcam is more gimmick although it functions well. if for camera go for mi5/s.
mi 5s plus for pure SND821 power.

Mi 5s Plus Poweruser, 03 Feb 2017regarding 2k resolution, do we even need it? in the future,... morebad camera on bigger screen looks super ugly, cheaper body material makes it look cheap plus ugly design, these are big minus to me.
I dont really care about CPU, because even in gaming, sd801 plus 3g ram fulfill everything i needed, so anything extra on CPU is meaningless, in my opinion.
on 2k resolution, what i typed before is retorical, meaning some people (who obviously dont know what he/she talks about) thinks 2k on 5.7inch is a good idea and i dont agree with them.

using iphone standard, ipho... moreregarding 2k resolution, do we even need it? in the future, maybe, but present times even Huawei flagships still uses 1920x1080.
look at LG V20. ur beloved 4k resolution is there, and endurance is half than Mi 5s Plus.
Xperia z5 premium, its 4k only activated when view media, still endurance matching the LG.
i dont want charging my phone before the end of the day.

Faster Kryo cores, 6gb RAM, +0.6inch screen, Mono camera, IR blaster, signature Mi buttons (Samsung-like buttons r ugly), better battery life despite faster cores(no need powerbank anymore).
And I say it because im an owner, i experienced it.

as an owner of this beast i dont see any real downgrade from Mi5 or Mi5s except OIS/ceramic body(Mi5) and bigger sensor (Mi5s).
at MYR 1799, wheres can u find other SND 821-powered phones at that real cheap price? Mi5s probably, but Mi5s Plus clocked at 2.34ghz Kryo cores, faster but better battry life compared to Mi5s,thanks to SND 821 and IPS screen really helping extending the battery endurance.
Since im using Mi5s plus, i dont need to use my powerbank, Mi 20000mah anymore, despite all-time mobile data on, Bluetooth on(paired with my Garmin Fenix 3 HR all day), facebook browsing every 10 mins, games 2 hours total and it still have 50% at the end of the day. See that battery endurance?
Yes the camera maybe a little disappointing, but do u use ur camera all day? Ur CPU does!
thinking of buying Mi5 as 2nd phone.

using iphone standard, iphone x plus means it has everything equivalent or better than iphone x plus a bigger screen size.
in mi 5s plus, except a bigger screen size, it has many downgrades compare to mi 5s.
therefore, if we apply iphone standard, it is not a plus but a minus.
if you still dont get it, you must be one of those guys who think that a 2k resolution on a 5.7 inch screen is a good idea.

Does the primary camera has f/2.0 or f/2.2 aperture? What about the low performance cores, 2.2 GHz or 2.0 GHz? Who can confirm?

Camera, 23 Jan 2017Its Good But if had newer camera sensor and OIS stabilizer... moreya its nice with newer camera sensor....but just use it since is nice to use.....the performance look good until now and not everyone use camera everytime....
