What are your honest experiences til now with this phone? Any problems, bugs, overheating, pros/cons etc?

There are some differences here and there but they are mostly balanced. If the price is the same for the 4Gb honor 9, 6gb mi6 might be a bit more future-proof (however 4gb may also be just fine...even S8 has 4gb). As for the rest it is mostly personal opinion. Which one do you like the most as a design? Which UI do you prefer? Monochrome or Wide-angle? Honor 9 has a 3.5mm jack but given Mi6 includes an adapter I cant see why that could be a dealbreaker. Mi6 has splash proof but eh...its not ip67. I tend to like Mi6 more, but given they are equally priced I cant blame anyone picking Honor. Gsmarena reviews found both phones pretty great so not much help from there either. I dont think I helped you solve the dilemma but I am trying to reassure you that both are great. Pick the one you think you like more without much guilt.

I typed 30 megapixel phone on Google search and took me here, why is it 12MP for an overpriced flagship phone

I have had my Mi6 (blue, 6GB 128GB, Global rom) for 10 days now, it is the first phone since my S8 plus.
And I must say day to day it's OK but nothing special.
Just my initial impression for now.

AnonD-675000, 19 Jul 2017still lcd for that range of price? its a dissapointment LCD vs AMOLED is debatable. Usually, LCD are way more accurate than amoled, and consume less. I honestly don't see the difference between my galaxy s6 and my sister's mi5. The legibility in the sunlight is the same, and the samsung doesn't go as low as the mi5.

when will it be launched in india, im sure it will beat one plus 5 hands down, this is truly a flagship killer a true chinese warrior that can slay the apple and the samsung.

I own an Mi5 and before that Mi3. I will never buy another Xiaomi flagship unless they fix noise in their low light photos. Pathetic. Camera at night is unusable.

If you really want a Xiaomi phone with that supports SD card, they got Redmi line.
