I use Hifime DAC with USB C output together with my Mi i5 pro.

Then no need to care about 3,5mm jack from phone anymore + get better audio quality and higher volumes options then what I5 Pro provides today.
This DAC is very small as well so carry it together in the pouch that I got with my Mi headsets.
Great complement for Mi I5 and even better match for Mi I6 it looks like. :-)

Impressed with this device but have some questions about it. Does it have a protective strengthened glass like Corning Gorilla Glass 5 or atleast 4, does the OIS work properly unlike the Mi5, will their be a framerate drop in videos like other xiaomi phones and whats the name of the camera sensor of the mi6.

Completely useless. I was hoping Samsung will keep the 3.5mm jack and stop this madness, but didn't expect other will follow Apple anyway.
The lack of SD slot too. I'll need to buy the 128GB version to have enough storage. Guess what? Not gonna happen.

Even though the new Xiaomi mi6 will not have a headphone jack, it is rumoured that Xiaomi is gonna come up with bluetooth headphones for the same in a few days/weeks, so we needn't worry about this feature. :)

I was waiting for this phone to release for about a month or so.
Now that it's released,I was so happy to it has:
1.A great camera setup
2.stunningly premium look
3.large battery
4.stereo speaker.
5.evrything.
But guess what,I didn't even look a the headphone jack section of specs. :)
Why?Why in the world Xiaomi would remove a headphone jack?Is it so hard to drill one in the phone?
