Yes. It's for Asia market. No Band20 and no officiall Global ROM.
BUT:
Band20 is not to big missing
Unlocking b/l may flash EU/Global ROM with regular updating (officially community cooked ROM based on officiall Chinese ROM). Have Gapps as native apps and Viber/WA working like a charm...

sandrex, 19 Dec 2018Mi 8 SE, Mi 8 Lite or Honor 10?Mi 8 se. I use this phone for a month it's a great phone great battery life fast charging a decent camera for me and Snapdragon 710 a very powerful chipset and power efficient. This is a really great phone for the price

The dimension of this phone is very much suitable for me, but some factors like big notch and low selfie camera forcing me not to buy this phone. Except these minor fact this is the best phone for me within my concern.
