does it have build in call recorder in call d... moreglobal version (mi 9 lite) comes with google dialer. so no call recorder. mi cc9 (chinese version) comes with miui dialer (call recorder available in the app settings).
if you have knowledge on flashing roms with fastboot, you can still flash system.img from the chinese rom (fastboot .tar package not the .zip update)
Unlocking the bootloader is requiered before !

Just bought this phone today. I was very impressed till I found out that it has a crappy bottom during speaker
