With Mi sound enhancer sound is richer and louder, but it can't fix intermodulation distortion or stereo crosstalk (Besides, it sounds fine with it turned off too).

In the settings you can enrich the sound two times which makes the sound very deep and accurate. With good over-ear headphones you get a big difference using these settings.

Headphone sound is really perfect, no idea why GSMarena's test is showing such poor results, but i haven't heard any quality problems. No distortions, no artifacts, no weird sounding stereo. It's not the loudest if you use a regular player, but with Jetaudio sound is really loud.
Bluetooth, i haven't tried, but if i'm not mistaken, loudness and quality on Bluetooth depends almost entirely (With the exception of codecs supported by the phone) on the bluetooth device.

Ron7x, 18 Sep 2019Is the sound any good? thru bluetooth and speakers? Decent sound with bluetooth headphones. Its a single speakers mening its not that Good as dual speakers but still decent. I recommend using the 3,5mm jack. Xiaomi have an improved soundquality while using that.

Can mi 9t record more than 10 seconds in 960fps? It stops recording after 10 secs and that is so frustrating. Is it possible to control what part of video is in slowmo? Any other app for recording in 960fps?

love this phone. the software is a little clunky but once configured it runs quite well. the hardware is really good for the price, a beautiful phone, no awful notch or hole punch, full screen real estate
