Bought this phone in November 2019. Already 5 years and this phone still rocks. I still have a 24hr+ usage on a single charge. Social media still run smoothly. I still have not seen any flagship killer phone equivalent to this. (F5 pro is not even close)

bought this around 2019, and almost 2025 there's still no problem, can run Mobile legend at ultra also COD.
It's performance is still good even with old processor

Still working since 2019. A rock-solid phone and my longest Android device. Just been using it for casual purpose like video streaming and social media. Only obvious degrade showing up in the long run is the battery, but I can still manage it.
They say if it ain't broke, don't fix it. So I'll still be keeping this phone for a while.

great phone
mine lasted for a little more than 4 years before it gave out. broke the screen due to a bad drop.
I upgraded to a xiaomi 14, I hope this one last as long as my trusty mi 9t pro.

Solid phone, use it till today from 2019 and still rocking. Very little lag for day to day use (messenger and social media only). Camera motor also has no issue. Will use it for another year.

My 9T pro died today, bought Oct 2019. Froze up and went dark during commute. Solid phone, smooth experience till the end. Replaced battery and flashed pixel experience.

Clearly for Xiaomi smartphone, there are 2 focus area, you either get performance or focus on camera. If you want something in the middle, pick the Xiaomi T series, the latest Xiaomi 13T/13T Pro are some of the best smartphone on that price that offer good camera capability and also not so bad performance. At least Xiaomi produce fair smartphone at a fair price. The rest that still want to complain, just pick any flagship at flagship pricing and stop comparing, as the comparison is non-stop/unfair as newer smartphone get better and better.

Im using this phone till now and its awesome, i flashed EvoX android 14 and it has good performance and battery life.i hope xiaomi continue the pop up cam and glass back .thanks to joeyhub the developer of evoX in mi9tpro.

Still an awesome phone. I've had it since october of 2019 and it has never failed....it has only once had a bit of a loose back cover, but it was already 4 years old by then and survived 3 months of 36+ degrees in Spain. I replaced the battery a year ago and the health is back at top. Before it was at 76% health...the new battery (after 1 year) is now at 93%. Android 14, smooth display (easy overclock to 90hz on some custom roms), no privacy-invading front camera because it pops up, and more.
I will probably keep it till it literally dies...which is gonna take some time I guess

YCC, 27 Mar 2024Use this phone 9T Pro since Dec 2019, except the battery he... moreMy battery is still going strong but I try to keep it between 40-75%, AccA literally halts charging after 75% and I have only used fast charging a handful of times. It's frustrating Xiaomi didn't integrate these features into the Mi9T Pro reduce battery waste - as a DIY battery replacement on this device looks like a nightmare. I could feasibly see myself using this phone for another few years. Mine is still mint condition, the battery will be what wears out I suspect.

Use this phone 9T Pro since Dec 2019, except the battery health, all still working fine..... high CP value phone.

jumping from using the vivo y81i to the mi 9T pro is way too much, love the camera and yes, I'm commenting on the mi 9T pro

I got this phone back in November 2019 and I am still using it with no problems at all. There are some improvements to be had but its very minor like Wifi detection and connections speed. Battery still last for the day with normal use with like 10 percent left before recharging for the night. I shall probably replace it with Mi 14 pro because the last security patch was like August 2021 lol.
