For those with issue on battery life after Oreo update, please check you Google Maps Setting, disabled those location notification, as Google maps activate all those location notification after Oreo update & you phone been track 24/7 & collecting data of all public transport, ride sharing & etc, this consumed lots of battery.

My already update & now need to live with the Oreo bugs until next fix.
Luckily my subling unit Oreo update notification is 2 days after, I warn him not to update & wait.

i believe the update is there, it also happened to me. Go to phone setting and click on SYSTEM UPDATE then click on CHECK FOR UPDATE

No doubt this is one among the nicest phones that can be called Value for money ...but would expect a dedicated SD card slot from XIAOMI,apart from two slim slots, in their next Iteration.

I had a screen freeze issue and was told by Xiaomi support to do a reset since such software issues generally occur due to monthly updates gone wrong.. Post reset phone is working like a charm...no issues at all..

They took data that they don't need to have by no means, and got money for it by dodgy sources who now have your data.
The fact that I don't hide anything doesn't have to mean that I'm ok with Chinese goverment reading my texts, or whoever else they sell the data to. And I shouldn't be OK with anyone reading my texts and passwords. Nobody should. By your logic, it would be OK to have a camera recording you under your shower, because you got nothing to hide.

Its been 1month i have been using this beautiful phone but all of sudden i have started getting one prob....
Phone's responsive touch automatically working and its taking me to home again n again without any touch and the phone is vibrating itself. Guys help me. Hiw can i get it replaced or fixed from company end. Thanks in advance
