I've been using this phone for a couple days now, and can say it is really great. The quality feel is very nice, even on the charger and cable accesories. Battery life is also good, mine lasts around 8 or 9 hours, and that's quite a lot considering I often play Asphalt 8 in high settings and some other occasional power-demanding apps. Many criticize the camera but I believe it's more than alright for me. Something I'd like to point out is this phone somewhat heats up while playing and also when charging. Anyhow, I'm loving it and could rate it out as 9/10.

Nadhan, 30 Nov 2017Today I checked A1 and 5X from Singapore especially Photos ... moreJust manually on the flash for low light photo, as for the camera apps in NiA1 are actually Xiaomi Camera Apps, there are some user try out other camera apps & the results are better.
So in short is Xiaomi fault, there should tune the flash to be trigger in low light photo on auto mode.
I tried shooting same item with Samsung A5, MiA1 & Mi3, both A5 & Mi3 flash is triggered but A1 did not, the result are A1 photo get grainy, after I on the flash manually, the result are much better.
Anyway you can't port MIUI to A1 as the bootloader is not open.

Today I checked A1 and 5X from Singapore especially Photos are taken with 5X(MIUI OS) are excellent in low light condition but A1 (google OS) failed to match it even. Is it possible to change MIUI on my A1 in India..? Being A1 fan, I got disappointed really.

Anonymous, 30 Nov 2017Better go for j7pro. It's a good phone. GO WITH MI A1.... fast charging mode with good resell value.... dual camera.... low maintanace compare to samsung.....
