AnonD-714842, 10 Nov 2017they are expensiveA far as I know Mi6 cost much more than J7+ @ C7 (2017), Huawei Mate 10 lite cost about the same.
I have test out all the phone you mentioned, only Mi6 is consider not bad but too pricey.
You should try out J7+ yourself then you'll understand why i recommend it.

Samsung S8 & Huawei Mate 10 ia the best in the market.

These are camera oriented phone which you can't go wrong with it.
Low budget phone is never good in camera department, since you leaning towards good camera then don't compromise go for the best in the market, don't settle for less.
