guys 2x optical zoom is still using wide angle lens. Try experimenting by covering one of the lens

Anonymous, 04 Nov 2017I wish MiA1 come with Snapdragon 835 & 8GB of RAM 128GB... moreNo it does'nt mean that way yes mi a1 is a great phone..my opinion that they should make a balanced phone like 13mp rear and 8 mp front,3000mah and all the thins in my last comment that's all i'm really not a fan of dual cam thing but i really like Android One (at these price)...By the way Is the 5 megapixel is worth it for the price planning to buy one even there's no Nfc(not going to buy g5s plus because of some people like you say mi a1 is better..And i hate Lenovo)

MiA1 main attraction is Pure Android with timely updates, Dual camera with Bokeh effect, Zoom telephoto lense, long battery life, good quality audio.
So if this is not what you after, then there are other choice like the Moto GS5+ you mentioned, but prepared to pay more.

Aba, 04 Nov 2017How can I move my apps n downloaded songs anything to SD ca... moreApps i think can't be move to SD card (unless you wanna format SD card as Internal storage), but songs & photo easily move either by going to setting - storage then long press the file to move them to SD card, or you can download some ads free file manager/explorer to move the files.

Obviously this is not possible to have everything with such price tag, Moto GS5+ only has 32GB ROM, Honor 9i only uses 16nm chips, HTC U11 life screen only 5.2".
if you want all the flagship specs then pay flagship price, like Samsung S8+, Note 8, iPhone X, Huawei Mate 10pro.
This is business not charity, you can't expect a Ferrari sell at Maruti price.

Hello Mi A1 user..Does the 5 megapixel Worth the price...Like it's 2017 almost all midrage phones now has 5 mp and higher..Only Xiaomi Doesn't care a lot of front cam of their midrange phones..also i wish xiaomi make a balanced phone or even other brands should make one, example .. same 13 mp front and back, 3000mah battery, 5.5 1080 display, same price as the mi a1...xiaomi made a selfie phone the Y1 yes the rear is good but they make the display bad...why when something good on a phone and one thing should suffer..no hates MI a1 is a great phone..but it missing some feature...I wish they just remove the dual cam and made it 13+13 rear and front and made it great at low light..i really like the Android One but there's important things missing like NFC(if they just removed the IR)also support fast Charger(it's ok if no charger out of the box) and EIS (video recording is very important to me) also they should add on screen nav bar..... i recommend add more budget and buy moto g5s plus even it's not android one it wil get oreo and you can install android P Custom rom in the future and its perfect phone..No Hates this phone is Great but there's better choices out there...(This is Just MY OPINION) or wait for redmi note 5..

AnonD-712880, 03 Nov 2017I heard that it has cloud storage system that upload all ... morephoto are still stores in your phone or SD card unless you delete it, Google photo are more like a Cloud storage aka drop box for your photo, this is another security for your photo as sometime SD card or phone might have problem, or act as 3rd storage space after Phone ROM & SD card.
