Actually my mobile hangs and continued to android one logo then i restart it then my mobile showing update available should i update again?

AnonD-712704, 03 Nov 2017I think your problem is related to ambient display is being... moreThanks for your suggestion, but issue not linked with the ambient display as i have never switched it on yet and it happens adhocly on any opened screen. If you google the issue - screen freeze on mi a1, you will find multiple people facing the issue. So it's not very rare. I'm praying it's software related. Will wait for next OTA update, if not solved will format the phone.

Did that happen when you tap the ambient notification? If yes, it still an issue with the software, just send feed back to them and hoping they will fix it fast

Ive checked this phone, and I found that its already used 2gb ram out of (around) 3,7 when no apps is open.
Do you guys find it normal for a plain OS?
