I am on the verge of buying the A1, however i see that it has no NFC and even no DLNA. Is that a problem guys? All other specs seem good.

Go for mi a1 as it is a total package and great value of money. Will give u updates for 2 years.
Go for Moto g5s plus if u want a camera phone especially in low light condition and fast charge.

This is probably... moreI am a vibe p1 user and was confused btw honor 8, mi a1 and Moto g5s plus. The thing I was also disliking was the prob u mentioned. Yes, the lack of fast charger. But after referring geekyranjit reviews, am happy to see that charging time do not exceed 2hrs. And i.e, the cycle is like 14% to 80% in 1 hr. My charging cycle is like from 20% - 25% to 80% - 85% . This may take around 1 hr like my vibe p1 now takes. So this time is usual for me and prob solved.
The cons I observed in mi a1 are like slow fingerprint unlock, comparitively bad low light camera performance. I think the next update will fix fingerprint. But the low light performance depends on the aperture of lens and no update may fix the low light performance.
Overall I like this phone and looking forward. Missed the flash sale yesterday. Hope to get it next time.

rafiq, 12 Sep 2017would u prefer honor 8 or mi a1 for midrange phone. need so... moreI was also confused btw these mobiles. I heard honor 8 was available for as low as 17k. But when I checked , I found it's rate above 20k as maybe it's because they have provided naugat update for the phone which provides volte support.The camera of honor is undoubtedly better. But the model available in India is having only single sim capability. The battery performance is also lower than mi a1. So I think u better go your requirements and budget.

It's a good set and price of Rs 15k too looks reasonable. Should be available on Flipkart.

Why just 3080 mAh battery even folks are complaining about Nokia 8 3090 even though Nokia has a bit smaller screen.
I think they should have done something like Xiaomi note 4 4100mAh.
