It's got European built-in sar value and it's under limitations .Fcc given the limitations to U.s which is highest 1.6 and the European is 2.0. so mi a1 is 1.75 w/kg which is under 2.0 w/kg and you can check in the start guide in the box you will find it .Yes I Know that phone with less radiation is safer but it's not even proved by anyone or (WHO) that smart phones radiation causes Brain tumour or cancer .So don't worry but we should aware of it that smart phones are harming us with their beauty .We should not sleep with our phones .

Is there any risk if I installed the developer room from the below link and later on will I get the final update after release? I think it is with Android 8.1 as the size is 1422M.
