Xiaomi Mi A2 (Mi 6X)

Recently got issue with this phone. All hapened in recent week:
1) phone lock screen pattern dissapeared. Like i was able to unlock screen by swipe
2) someone is calling and i cant swipe to answer the call
3)when i unlock screen there is only black screen and phone doesnt react to my actions
Also camera sometimes fail to activate with double tap on power button

I had a Huawai mate p30 which got wet and died, it was a great phone, I then got a MiA2 .Have to say this is better than the huawai as the android one system comlplimentmany more app than the huawai.
I would never dream of paying £900 for an i phone when the guys in the same city knock these out for £120, it a brill phone.
It a known fact that apple are very worried about these phone which are every bit as good, truth is apple have been rewarding their loyal customer by ripping them off.

Quite possibly the most unremarkable phone from Xiaomi. Saw someone using it in real life and it looked so cheap (not in a good way).

Xiaomi is an excellent phone. Delivers quick response, fast download and reacts in perfect manner. Absolutely better than Apple Iphone.

Anonymous, 05 Aug 2019Probably you are in a bad network. Bad network connection a... morewhen network is poor Phone heat up easily and battery drains faster because network radio run at maximum power to pick enough network. so definitely phone will heat up which will also cause quick battery drain
consider getting a sim with better network or try Wi-Fi

Good phone but not made for high graphic games like pubg. After 15 minutes of playing it already with 50-55° and lag issues but all other games run nice and smooth

I don't think mi a2 is that good because there are lot of bugs like after deleting the particular contact, it again gets synced even after deleting from google contacts... Lot of contacts are been duplicated for around 4-5 times and after deleting also it din't help much. While taking screenshot also it gets sounded even after keeping phone on silent mode. So its my personal opinion that its not a good phone. Battery backup is also not that worth.

Do... moreUnder the Android One programme, the OS of a phone is directly supplied by Google itself.
As per the history of Android Ones, Google promises Android updates up to 2 years from the release date.
Something similar will happen with Mi A2 also, it comes with Android Oreo and has already received updates for Android 9 Pie and will soon receive Android Q also, once the stable and official release is done.
