Yep Google service is not allowed to be preinstalled, but those phones have modif Stock without Google services, only Chinese + some gestures (on stock Android version?) similar to iPhone 10, OnePlus, Xiaomi phones etc..

So MiA2 & MiA2 lite will not have China ROM version, This model meant for export market.
