If it was android One or Go I'd get it in a heartbeat.

Feels like you are purchasing 2 years old phone except design. At least put P60 , modern , powerful , efficiant and cost efective solution

I think this phone is not good enough. Because camera, processor (chipset) is not strong. Processor is "Snapdragon 625" 😁 it is funny. Why Xiaomi is not produced this phone more strong than Redmi Note 5? If this phone (Redmi 6 pro) will have Snapdragon 636 or 660 and more better camera... This phone can be best budget phone in the world!

To those who are complaining :

                                    1. This is not a Note Pro version.

                                    2. SD625 is old but good enough for daily tasks while being a battery efficient chip. (Plus cost cutting option)

                                    3. 5.84 inch screen in a relatively compact body.

                                    4. Decent Camera.

                                    5. Great battery life.

                                    6. Good pricing.

                                    7. Would be better without the notch but the body would be taller.

Bottom line: This is a perfect phone for those who want a decent performance with great battery life in a reasonable price. Plus if someone never used a xiaomi before, this can be a great choice for a lower midrange device.

Don't hate just to hate. Be reasonable.

why 625? not 630? even slightly better cpu performance, the adreno 508 on 630 almost doubled the performance to adreno 506 and similar battery efficiency

It will blow oppo away if it came with the p60. Disappointed chipset. Sd625 is good but too many phones using it. If the notch is not what you want then the redmi 5 plus is basically the same thing. Not sure how much better can the camera get with dual camera especially if they only using it for bokeh. Sd630 should have been in the redmi 6 pro.
