That's my 1st Xiaomi, and the last one for sure. Overall, the phone is great, amazing quality and stunning speed. It came with Global ROM, pre-installed Google Play, without Chinese garbage. Unfortunately it is also impossible to disable Apus Launcher and other, unwanted apps.
But the full screen advertisements drive me crazy! A buy a phone, then I have to watch ads? NO WAY!

PlayStore running fine in my mimax. however the fingerprint scan button can't take selfie as claim by some reviews online :( probably still under development?
i just use it to unlock the phone and it's pretty fast (faster than iPhone) but sometimes it's not so responsive
overall a value for money phone and happy with the huge screen and battery..

Read in some Chinese website that because of some reason, the charger it ships doesn't support Quick Charge 3.0 and has output of 5V2A. However the phone itself DOES support QC3.0. The guy tested with QC3.0 charger, the fully charge time shortened from 185min to 155 mins, but is not that significant.
