Killllssss, 27 Jan 2017I have problems with Mi max. It had been about 1 month i a... more3 options:

1) Contact manufacturer & ask them to take it in for repair.
2) Contact retailer & see if they'll swap it out for refund/replacement.
3) Take the screen off being careful not to break it or the digitizer underneath (or get a local repair shop to do it). Disconnect the ribbon, then re-attach it. If that doesn't work & you can't send it back under the warranty. Then check ebay, aliexpress etc for a replacement screen with digitizer & swap it over.

If that doesn't work, then it could be the motherboard, cpu, gpu that's got a problem. In which case, better to bin it & buy a replacement.

                      This is a kind request to all you gentleman. I want to buy this phone for myself,my only doubt is. Are both sim port jio compitable as I have to use my official sim as 1st sim.So can I use jio in 2nd sim. Plus i read jio will work in this phone on specific location/frequency only. Is it true??

I can easily put it in jeans front pocket (it will fit there In most cases) but crunching with it there isn't exactly present or easy task. Prefer to cary it in inter jacket pocket or a men's Mini Bag. It certainly isn't the easiest one to carry around.
