old product, not expensive but still can cover all my daily task including high-resolution game The mi max prime is better to compare to mo max 2.
I've used this mobile for almost one year (antutu benchmark 101.750)

Great phone - usnig it 2+ years. Battery like new. Best smarthone i ever had. Samsung and LG s***s.

I have this phone from 2016, I'm still using it whitout any problems. Very happy with this product which it's successfully replacing a phone and a tablet.

My Xiaomi Mi Max 32 GB that I bought 2 years ago always had shortcomings and problems. My phone always stops responding I repair this model at the repair centre 6 times and then, I have problems. You should not buy this model. It's Xiaomi's fault.

I didn't get any notification, so I went into settings and surely an update was available. Exactly which date it was made available I don't know.

MIUI 10 updates were not sent by the mid of October. Mimax may not get it. Any update on this?

mi max highly optimised phone. To make it a handy presentation device please co-opt the following with mi max:
(1) a projector device with 4 hour battery back up with facility to toggle between a presentation and blank screen to draw and explain using stylus functionality.
(2) An external foldable remotely connected key pad to work and save the workings on the move or during presentation.. edition facility
.(3) stylus and its pad remotely connected for drawing figures and explaining during presentations. saving of these pictures as well.

I'm not blaming anything. And if you must know, I didn't do anything to damage it. One morning, I was playing a game. And suddenly, it froze. I couldn't do anything. Buttons were not working. So, I forcedly turned off and turned it back on. When it's back, buttons were dead.
Some mobiles are not like that. They have separated those two. When those buttons are damaged, it's the human nature that you don't want to replace the whole thing. If you heard that you'd have to replace the whole thing, you feel angry especially the replacement price is high. That is my condition. And also I'm just telling the conditions of this one here. If someone like me wants to buy this one and when it's damaged like this and feel regret for buying, they can avoid because of my review. That's my intention. I'm not attacking Xiaomi or whatsoever. Thank you for your reply. :)

I don't know how you damage it, but it is not a common issue. Capacitive touch screen button are actually very durable, and also more sensitive than physical button. Yes, if damaged, need to get the screen replaced, almost every smartphone made from these years are like that, you seemingly just blame this is a kind of design issue, when broken, you need to replace the touchscreen.

Recently got the battery replaced by Xiaomi. It cost $21 which is fairly cheap.
