Hello Guys,
Could someone tell me when will the Mi max prime version (4gb RAM) available in India? I checked in mi.com and all the models are out of stock..will it be available in near future or thats it???

AnonD-615695, 30 Nov 2016i have been using this phone for past 4 months , the sound ... moreIn settings - sound & vibration - Audio settings turn Mi Sound Enhancer on & choose Mi Headphones (only ones on/over the ear listed).
For music listening use:
a) Foobar2000 (Google Play free & open source), in DSP setting use resasampler put it to max 96000, adjust gain as you please & thats it. If you want louder sound you can enable ES audio output in advanced options but quality will suffer.
I personally use it (without ES audio output) & for me output straight is just enough & quality is rather good with range of my Panasonic headphones along with my favourite Superlux HD-668B, they are all 16~32 Oms from more than that amp is a must.
b) purchase a PowerAmp from playstore it have a Qualcomm Immersive Audio™ support (still experimental but it works).
I did a test with couple of ready high end studio remastered Flac's (32bit/96000Hz) & audio quality is actually really good (with Foobar2000) frequency range, sound stage & responses... At least for my ears.
When it comes to audio in video quality I prefer to use Kodi (15.2) & with a litle gain (1.9~2.3db) & pass trough it's pleasing enough most of the time. Output lv should be bigger hire but in the smartphone market nothing to complain about really. For a full potential of the good high dynamics range Dolby Digital audio in videos you will always need a mighty 2+W amplifier & it's unrealistic to expect that embedded in smartphone.

The mobile data reception is extremely bad. It is a common affliction with Xiaomi phones. Go to the Xiaomi forum; you'll find plenty of complaints about reception problems. Customer service is almost non-existent. The Xiaomi team doesn't even know the Mi PC Suite doesn't work.

Go to setting > sound & vibration > audio setting > mi sound enhancer on
I own Sony headphone XB-450 - Sony stereo earphone - Sony super bass earphone.
All of these use with Xperia SP and the sound output is wonderful.
But it is absolutely louder when connect to Xiaomi Mi Max even though sound quality is not 100% my cup of tea.
Either you have defected phone or you are using garbage earphone or you have problem with hearing.

I are going to buy this phone is the best mid to high range is compare and best than iphone 6 plus better battery,software,performance and more,in the only thing that lose is in the camera but in the others is more complete,and its close to iphone 7,iphone is only popularity,xiaomi is quality per price,iphone is price per average phone
