My 32 gb mi max back button on soft touch pad not working sometime and I had to restart the phone to make it work. Is this a software problem or hardware .Is anybody having same problem.

Used since July 2016, now updated to MIUI 7.5.7.0.
Not a single problem found.
Everything works great, even gaming is terrific too, with real high framerate and high quality setting.
Battery life is among the best.
Nothing beat this at such cheap price. Maybe Redmi Note 3 Pro is a much sensible buy considering the much more managable 5.5 inch screen. This is the real giant phone that priced right and well perform.
Highly recommended for those who appreciate big screen size more than 6".
