There could be something wrong with the software as it got one of the best battery pack in the world. However you always have the chance to reset it. You should try to go under battery settings and see which apps draining the battery..if you don't find something strange you should try to reset it. After that you see if it still draining ,send it back

My new mi max 2 battery isnt lasting for even a day in very little usage. The battery usage statistics show dat radio and screen display are taking uo alot of battery but i have kept brightness to minimum and disables radio background functions i dont know what to do please help

to access internet through hotspot, go to other mobile, turn on wifi and connect to hotspot, the name of the hotspot you have specified.

Hi, i am using this phone last week started. One option not show my mobile that is split screen option. Please help per me how to us split screen.but mobile release event time showing split screen but now am check it my mobile not showing. Jio sim not working properly... Jio working on net using time only..me off the mobile, single gone... But phone is good...

I got my device a couple of days ago. Not even more than a week as I am writing this comment. I used to own an A7 2017 from Samsung and the better things on that device would have to be the front facing camera and as well as the IP68 rating coz this device doesn't have a water and dust resistance but overall, the performance of this device is better. The screen is better, bigger and brighter screen is a plus for me. The G Board keyboard is being given as an option before you completely set up the device. I don't know but maybe because I have the global ROM installed on the device. The rear camera is good for taking photos! The design of the phone is eye catching. It doesn't look like a typical Android phone nor an iPhone. The sound on this phone is a bomb! Something that I am happy about. The battery is superb! I am very heavy user but I charge my phone after 1.5 to 2 days after a full charge depending on my need. I recommend this phone definitely! 👍
