There could be something wrong with the software as it got one of the best battery pack in the world. However you always have the chance to reset it. You should try to go under battery settings and see which apps draining the battery..if you don't find something strange you should try to reset it. After that you see if it still draining ,send it back

My new mi max 2 battery isnt lasting for even a day in very little usage. The battery usage statistics show dat radio and screen display are taking uo alot of battery but i have kept brightness to minimum and disables radio background functions i dont know what to do please help
