what the hell happened after android 10 . on pubg the hd setting is gone , its now working on smooth and balance with maximum medium settings which is pathetic android 10 is crap.

The update also brings about battery improvement. Good job xiaomi

So i have been using the Mi Max 3 for 3 months as my daily driver. Though, I had to give up my Mi Max 3 because i had to give it to my younger sister so i went ahead and bought a Galaxy S9.
Pros:
- Screen size, it was hard to use the S9 for me after coming from the Max 3, but not meaning it was a bad thing. I loved every bit of that 6.9" screen.
- Battery life, gaming, social media, gaming, music, texting, calls, you name it. This phone can handle it all day and i still get to come home with about 30-40% battery.
- Screen quality, not the best resolution or not the brightest viewing outdoor but is certainly good enough specially during movie/youtube binge watching.
- Dual SIM hybrid slots, really useful for travelling. My main carrier sucked at work i had to get a secondary prepaid carrier for work which said prepaid carrier happens to suck at home.
- Headphone jack, always convenient to have a jack there and not to mention it's placement above rather than below. Not the best sound quality but it can vary depending on the earphone/headset you are using.
Cons:
- Camera, like i mentioned, i came from the Max 3 to the Galaxy S9 which in terms of camera, is on a way different level. Max 3's camera isn't necessarily bad, but its no way better than the S9's. I would say it's about average, better than good enough, but not good enough to be great.
- Performance, although it can handle alot, i noticed significant speed difference when i switched to the S9's Snap845, but then again, the Max 3's no slouch, just not as fast as the S9's
- UI, i gotta admit, there had been alot of things i didnt like about the UI, specially the notifications, the task manager and bloatware. Not that the S9 didnt have any, but the Max 3's was just too much.
A little over a couple of months i had to switch phones with my younger sister because she couldn't handle the phone well it was too big for her. And when i went back to the Max 3, i honestly dont have much to complain about now coming from a flagship phone. Though im now using an iPhone 8 Plus, i still think you should definitely get this phone if you love gaming, watching movies, youtube, and also if you dont have open access to charging your device at your line of work or office.

6 Gb/128 Gb is only chinese.

Xiaomi, you have put me in a state of depression. I only want a Mi MAX 4, no other phone interests me.
Use the same chassis as Mi MAX 3 - same size screen, same battery. Just give good Gorilla glass, updated CPU and 256 GB.

I use global version out of the box since December 2019. i did not root or modify my phone. just simple customizable stuff like using Nova launcher or google keyboard. Unfortunately people using chinese ROM or modified phones will continue having issues at some point. im in USA
