Especially when updating to a newer android version like from oreo to pie.

I got the MI Max 3 last August, and it's working well, awesome beast, except for the Bluetooth, since the Amdroid Pie update... it keeps having drop offs with all my Buetooth headphones and with my MacAir. If anyone knows how to fix this,,, I have a MI 6X and all is working like a charm, though still Android 8. Both phones are running on Chinese Mui 10.2

I wonder who's jackass that started 18:9 display. Even the expression is a dumb exaggregation, marketer/salesman/scammer/ klick-bait style, the proper term should have been: 2:1 ratio.

The Mi Max 3 am using doesn't have any bugs and without exception has the best battery I've ever used in a phone..

Full of bugs and minor problems, but it is the first smartphone I'm using in my entire life so I have nothing to compare it with. who knows maybe all brands are like this because a lot of the modern technology is not very high quality. I'm using it since half an year and the battery is already half as powerful compared to the time I bought it.

New version is bound to have bugs until succeeding updates iron them out. Fortunate enough not to have the issues mentioned by some people here, however. But don't worry guys, Xiaomi won't fail us.

Do not update to android 9, it has some bugs.
