I just found that Mi Max 3 Pro will compete with the larger iPhone X Plus coming this September. So it will have 3d Face Scanning, In display fingerprint, Slide-out camera, 4k.60fps, Long distance wireless charging, Ceramic back, 1080@960 fps with f1.4 triple camera. I also found at that at software team is working on a new OS to compete with iOS specifically for Mi Max 3 Pro.
And 710 was a prototype,the real deal will have A12 processor from Apple.
And it will come in 3 models 6GB 128GB base variant at $250, 8GB 256GB at $275 and top model with 8GB 512Gb at $300.

Cogency, 27 Jun 2018Mi Max 3 Pro with sd710 & 6Gb of ram just got confirmed!I think just a hoax and rumors that it will be launched with SD 710 there is no reliable source to back it .Only 3 models have been listed on Tenna certification site including the 6gb model u said which has a 1.8ghz processor most probably a SD636 in all 3 models.Also Mi 8 SE has just launched with a SD 710 so its highly unlikely they will launch a MI max 3 with a SD710 so fast.

(Compare to what? Your argument doesn´t say anything at all)

(WHAT? an "edge" is an edge... it is imposible to get small or big edge... it can be either sharp or round.... What does "Enormouse edges" means in the first place?!?!?!?)
4. Low antutu score with a 636 snapdragon
(now you are inside a loop... and getting back to point 1)
5. Stupid 18:9 format that gives less screen area than in 16:9
(REALLY? HOW? if the screen is bigger, you will still be able to get same picture size 16:9 inside a 18:9... but you will also get more "dead space" if you keep the ratio, but it´s impossible to get less screen area are when it´s increasing from 114.3 cm2 to 122.9 cm2)
6. Same screen area than mi max 1
(Another loop to point 1, but I don´t know... my math say 6.99" is bigger than 6.44", and 122.9 cm2 is bigger than 114.3 cm2... but what do I know...)
7. Why do you want to buy this one???
(Because some people have brain, need bigger screen, bigger batteri and don´t want to pay 1000$ for an iphone X with missing screen area on the top, but Hey! I have asolution for you... don´t buy it)

Sd 710 GPU performance is comparable to iphone 7 A10... but still not reach yet Sd 820/21 and yet far from Sd835 alone....yes..im talking about gpu not 'cpu'
..Please check antutu GPU score...if u don believe..
Yes off course...Sd 710 will be new upper midranger soc until next year..believe me...
however what it is.. if this phone cost less $ 260 , i can say this phone going to be succcess .
Many those from last 2 years midranger eargerly want to upgrade their phone tempting on the reasonable price ..
