It looks beautiful but I still would have gone for the first mi mix mainly because of the aspect ratio but that didn't have GG, so . . .
going for IPS is actually a wise move since it lowers the overall cost but not much difference
camera is almost as good as S9+, and it looks this good guess I've found my next phone

Yes, it comes with the most powerful Snapdragon 845 devices. But NO HEADPHONE JACK and iPhone X camera design.

AnonD-737452, 27 Mar 2018AMOLED allows you to still have battery in the afternoon if... moreTrust me when I say you're not the only one that expects better battery allotment, in modern times we have more activities with cellphones and usage demand deserves more battery life, also I still making emphasis in screen size, brands like Ulefone make better efforts for give us more battery, as a sample (maybe they're not "so good" as other brands, but, at least, they think about modern usage and demand)
Meanwhile, I'm still happy with my current device (as a fun fact, have an AMOLED screren LOL)

CrimsonD, 27 Mar 2018Making a review of the opinions, makes me think in some poi... moreAMOLED allows you to still have battery in the afternoon if you use your phone in the morning. Their battery is only 3400mAh and the LCD screen would go through that like hot wire in butter.
Look at the Mi Mix 2's endurance rating (65h for 3400mAh). It is not really good in the ranking.
I wish they had a Mi Mix 2s Plus with 4000+ mAh and AMOLED for heavy users.

YoloBS, 27 Mar 2018A flagship without good speaker, ip67,no amoled, no headpho... moreSome of hose are gimmicks, another is a downright fraud (the jack, it is not needed, we live in the world of universal ports) and a last one is absolutely needed, was there in the renders and is sorely midding to the end product (corner notch), yet you congratulae them for that!?
Congratulations, you just supported the fails of the phone (same deisn as the last one, bottom camera due to lack of notch) and reprimanded the successes of the phone (no legacy stuff that only make a phone bigger, no immersion stuff as no phone is meant to be immersed, no dual speakers as phone speakers are a$$ anyway and merely add to the bulk of a phone).

YoloBS, 27 Mar 2018A flagship without good speaker, ip67,no amoled, no headpho... moreMi 7 or Mi Mix 3 will bring the missing stuffs. Mi Mix 2s brought wireless charging. Mi 7 will bring notch and Amoled Display. Mi Mix 3 will bring the under-screen finger print and better camera.

Making a review of the opinions, makes me think in some points:
1) Why do you really need an AMOLED screen?
2) Headphone jack is a real and reliable choice, but can be replaced easily with wireless headsets, also adapters are reachable.
3) If this device is a flagship, why don't you include 4K 60fps in main camera?
4) USB 2.0? Even my own device (Moto Z2 Play) have a 3.1 USB Port.
5) Big screen with small battery is a little bit dissapointing, but enough if people give regular use to the device.
Maybe this device isn't the flagship of the year, but I think we can give it a chance to show us if is worthy or not.

This is a flagship phone; it's meant to not just have cutting-edge hardware, but to look cutting-edge; as in, incorporate the latest fads, whatever they may be.
So not only are flagships supposed to have the latest and greatest, they're also meant to represent the latest and greatest. They go hand in hand. So not only will you have a top-tier phone, you'll look like a million bucks, and you'll also be rocking a fashion statement while you're at it.

Amoled isn't required, why is everyone hating on IPS. It has way more accurate colour reproduction than Amoled ever could. No 3.5mm jack? Use a connector! This is a good phone, stop being picky.
