Mix has moving parts, no 3.5mm jack slightly worse cpu over the mate but it has that notch less display its amoled whilst the mate 20's is ips oh and dont forget the ceramic back on the mix (ceramic is more durable than a gorilla glass 5 covered screen) it's all about personal preference will the things that you lose with the mix effect you and if theres a good reason to buy it over the mate 20 (bdw yea the mate 20 has literally the same camera performance as the 20 pro with the loss of some mps)
And its MIUI 10 vs EMUI 9 again personal preference.
