psychome, 06 May 2018I just bought Mi Note 3 from China & mine is 4/64 vers... more4 gb ram is fine. Better is 6 gb but... I suggest u to install 9.5 global stable room,it's great in performance,fix bugs,but battery drain faster compared to 9.1 global stable.

I just bought Mi Note 3 from China & mine is 4/64 version. Everything seems fine. I am ok with Chinese rom (9.1 stable pre-installed). Should I update? Which version do you recommend? (In terms of stability & battery backup) Is it ok to have 4GB ram?

I got this phone, its great and stuff but the only issue I am having with this phone is that even I do not set my fingerprint scanner, whenever my fingers touched the scanner the screen start to light up (prompting password) like how you press the power button and it seems I need to close it by pressing the power button again. It is annoying as hell as sometimes even in my pocket it happens, as they turn on too with skin contact.
Anyone know how to disable that fingerprint scanner? My Nubia M2 do not do this!

It is great that xiaomi is building this type of great phone with an amazing camera, nice battery performance & with a high mid range Snapdragon soc. wish they keep this good work, with a head phone jack & more durable premium still unibody (like iphone 7+)

RaJ, 27 Apr 2018I think after the latest global stable update there is a wi... moreAfter update: its a little bit faster,no bugs and system stability is great.No problem with WiFi.Also beauty mode for front camera is disappear.I think that battery is drain faster.That is my conclusion for now.

I think after the latest global stable update there is a wifi connection occuring. Wifi is losing the signal. Damn. Loudspeaker's sound has increased. But still no Face Unlock, though that's not a necessity. Anyone else facing any issue/buG??..
